Vibespace review for Ali Reviews: AI Product Review

Still getting the hang of the app but all-in-all I love the features. I like to think I can navigate my way through websites/programs fairly well, however, I loved that right as I was setting up review imports for my store, Charlotte from eCommerce came to offer assistance. Granted, not much was done on my end yet and I wanted to get an understanding of the program for myself first, but it was clear she was eager to help. I greatly appreciated that and nonetheless, she was polite and courteous. I see that being greatly beneficial for users who aren't quite as technologically savvy or curious as I am. Really only 4/5 as I haven't quite needed help yet, although 5/5 for ease of use and customer service!
