☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. I only installed this app because I wanted to browse the product catalog and see if the products were suitable for my Shopify store. I never intended to purchase a premium subscription. I later discovered that my account had been switched to the Empire plan, which is advertised as $99/month after the trial, yet my card was charged $118.99. I was never expecting a charge of that amount. Support cancelled my subscription after I contacted them, but I am still waiting for a refund. Please be extremely careful when starting the free trial and entering your card details. Make sure you fully understand what plan you are being enrolled in and what you will actually be charged.

I would like to mention Leah directly. Even though when the money came out of my account the instant shock had me write a review due to it being the most convenient way to communicate my frustration. Leah emailed me within 2 hours. 12:am Eastern time. Leah asked for my contact information. I was a little skeptical at first but complied. I told Leah I work until 6pm Eastern time. She called me at 6pm Eastern time. When Leah called she had already pulled my account up, had a solution, sent me an email confirmation and screenshot that she processed the full refund. I tell this store because it is not too many times you experience great customer service without all the hassles. Great customer service was provided. It is only right for me to make it right on my end too.
