I would like to mention Leah directly. Even though when the money came out of my account the instant shock had me write a review due to it being the most convenient way to communicate my frustration. Leah emailed me within 2 hours. 12:am Eastern time. Leah asked for my contact information. I was a little skeptical at first but complied. I told Leah I work until 6pm Eastern time. She called me at 6pm Eastern time. When Leah called she had already pulled my account up, had a solution, sent me an email confirmation and screenshot that she processed the full refund. I tell this store because it is not too many times you experience great customer service without all the hassles. Great customer service was provided. It is only right for me to make it right on my end too.

such a very terrible and miserable experience , i didnot get my refund or no answer for my emails or chat with customer service tried to reach them but no response and no solution even if they said we will refund you 50 % they didnot fulfil what they said

Store full of garbage products with margins you could never profit from and then a long and difficult cancellation process. avoid.

I love that I can import products from Temu and Alibaba as well as AliExpress. The ability to edit descriptions and add my own branding before the product goes live helps me maintain a high-end feel for my store. It feels much more professional than other basic importers.

Serious warning. There is NO functional way to cancel the subscription from the dashboard. Removing or changing the payment method does NOT stop billing attempts. I had to search the Privacy Policy just to find an email address and send a formal cancellation notice to [email protected] For a paid Shopify app, this is unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. Proceed with caution.
