I’ve been using Alibaba & AliExpress Dropship for a while now and it’s been helpful for my store. I mainly use it to find products and suppliers, and there’s a pretty good variety to choose from. What I like most is that I don’t have to spend a lot of time searching for products on my own. Once you get familiar with the platform, everything becomes much easier. Overall, it’s been a good experience for me so far.
There where some mistakes but they take it professional to fix it :)

I would like to mention Leah directly. Even though when the money came out of my account the instant shock had me write a review due to it being the most convenient way to communicate my frustration. Leah emailed me within 2 hours. 12:am Eastern time. Leah asked for my contact information. I was a little skeptical at first but complied. I told Leah I work until 6pm Eastern time. She called me at 6pm Eastern time. When Leah called she had already pulled my account up, had a solution, sent me an email confirmation and screenshot that she processed the full refund. I tell this store because it is not too many times you experience great customer service without all the hassles. Great customer service was provided. It is only right for me to make it right on my end too.

I run a pet supply store on Shopify, and AliDrop has been amazing. It makes importing dog toys and pet accessories super fast and easy. The one-click import feature saves me so much time when adding new products. Highly recommend for any niche store!

I recently started using AliDrop and so far I’m really enjoying it. The app is easy to navigate, and I like how simple it is to browse products and explore different options for my store. The product importing process is also convenient and saves a lot of time compared to doing everything manually. I’m still exploring all the features, but my experience so far has been very positive. Looking forward to using it more as I continue building my store!
