I wasn’t very familiar with it at first and couldn’t figure out the issue, but after contacting customer support, I received an immediate response. It didn’t affect my website’s promotional campaign at all, which made me feel very reassured. With other plugins I used before, communication could only be done through email, which was very inefficient. With the help of their support team, the discount setup worked smoothly.

Great support on initial setup. I stumbled through manual setup and Swati in support really helped answer my questions.
