Horrible experience!!!! They left an automatic discount on and we had to cancel out over 15 real orders!!!! AND they broke our cart code!!!!!!!! this app is like a VIRUS!!!!!
We sincerely apologize for the experience and understand the frustration caused. Our team investigated the issue immediately and remained in direct communication with the merchant throughout the process. During the review, we identified that the store was using subscription-product functionality, which is currently not fully compatible with the AIOD app discount system in certain cart scenarios. Because of this limitation, the discount behavior may not function as expected with mixed or subscription-product carts. We would also like to clarify that AIOD applies discount functionality only and does not directly control storefront cart quantity behavior or core cart logic. Even though the app has now been uninstalled, we truly appreciate the feedback shared. Cases like this help us continue improving compatibility handling, safeguards, and the overall merchant experience. We sincerely wish the merchant and their store continued success moving forward.

A very good, it works well and loads quickly. Support is very helpful and efficient. It could be improved with some import/export functionality and the ability to move products between discount offers. At the moment, it can be hard to locate which offer a product is in, which is why an export could help. Overall, definitely recommended and a cornerstone of our store.

We have just installed this app and could not be happier with the results. We did have to contact the support to make sure it was working because the installation was that easy we were not sure it worked. Support was online within seconds and double checked everything for us. They were quick and very knowledgeable. I think this was a great decision.
The app lacks flexibility for more advanced promotions. For example, if you want to run an either-or promotion where only the best discount applies instead of stacking multiple promos, the app is unable to support this.
The app is amazing with everything I have needed in sales and then some I am still learning exists. The best part about the app is the customer service. They are quick and I feel readily available 24/7 I thought it was AI at first, but I think it's a real person. haha

I wasn’t very familiar with it at first and couldn’t figure out the issue, but after contacting customer support, I received an immediate response. It didn’t affect my website’s promotional campaign at all, which made me feel very reassured. With other plugins I used before, communication could only be done through email, which was very inefficient. With the help of their support team, the discount setup worked smoothly.
