The AIOD App is fantastic! It has allowed us to create and customize our discounts like no other app has. The support from the AIOD Team is also phenomenal, with their representatives going above and beyond to assist, problem solve, and continue to build the app in ways that provide additional functionality. Their dedication to problem solving has now allowed us to offer discounts to our customers around the world

Honestly, it's not the most user friendly BUT the customer service is super helpful, patient and kind. They help guide and fix ALL my problems. But will continue to use this app.

I had help from begining to end installing this app and the support ive had and on going with any little questions has bee amazing. Chirag has outstanding customer service and i cant recommend this product and the service with it highly enough.

This APP helped to make our ladder promotion more flexible and the team is still developing a lot more functions, looking forward to get more functions! Great help from the support team too.

From the time i installed the app and got everything working with the amazing help from Manoj was less than 20 mins, i have been looking for an app that would work in both the website and the POS and i take my hat off this app is a game changer

really nice way to create multiple discounts for orders and also the support is really amazing chirag helped with the installation of the app on the website and also build the discounts for us.

I have been trialling the app and I have found the help and support great. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is I am trying to figure out the best offers that will convert and look good. I have had some learning and technical issues however support have always been available and easy to contact to fix it.

Installed the software. Installation page wouldn't load. Spoke to someone on the chat but unfortuantely nobody was available to fix it. 2 minutes later, we noticed an order come through discounted by 10% which we did not authorise and did not setup. Uninstalled and unimpressed.

We already ask for the access on 2nd July 2024 but we didn't get any response from your side. Please allow me your store access to configure the app in your store theme.

I was having some issues getting Discount codes working the way I needed them to. Specifically, having multiple codes active but only allowing 'One Per Order' and combining that with a couple of Automated Discounts (Specific Product and Free Shipping over £50) - I spoke with Swati, whose support was above and beyond. He walked me through the solution and Tested in 'real time' showing me Screenshots of the progress. My knowledge and confidence in the product have both increased even more. Outstanding Product, Outstanding Support. I highly recommend.

The team at AIOD has made switching from another Volume Discount app to AIOD a seamless transition. The main reason why we switched is because this is one of the only apps that allows volume discounts to be done by Shopify POS. The support is what makes Apps like this worth using, as they have been able to address issues that have come up. The App itself comes with a lot of different deals and discount options. The support team has been great in replicating how we were displaying discounts on the product and cart pages. The only small issue is that the volume discount only shows the percentage in the chart, instead of automatically showing the deal price based on the percentage. We can manually enter and set the deal price, yet for 1,000's of products that isn't a great option. Other than that, the app applies discounts and doesn't seem as glitchy as the other discount app used. Easily can recommend All In 1 Discount App.

We tried to create a bogo sale using this plugin. Based off of the reviews we decided to give it a try. It does not work at all. The tutorial for the bogo is 2 years old but seems like it should work. Unfortunately it does not work at all.
First of all I apologies for that. As I can see there might be chance that the app is not configured in your theme and due to that you are facing an issue. We always maintain our high standard of support to make everything right ASAP. Here we need to configure the app in your theme to work everything in your theme to apply the discount.
