Prompt and very professional support. What I liked the most is that in the moment when the support team could not help me anymore the head of the product jumped in and quickly solved the issue. Totally recommend it!

AIOD is a game-changer! The app allows us to create multiple offers for Shopify POS that are limited under the native POS. The support is stellar. They are always available via chat, and I even had video meetings with their support team/developers. It is highly recommended.

I am using this from last several months & I am very impressed with it. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and find what I need. The chat support team is always available to solve the queries. It's clear that the support team for this app really cares about their users and goes above and beyond to ensure that their needs are met. This app is incredible for easily implementing automatic tiered discounts, excluding certain products. No other app has allowed me to do this. Very easy to install and the support I received was 10/10. Very responsive and helped me set up the discounts exactly as we needed them. Big thanks to Chirag for all of the help! Would highly recommend.
