Great customer support & even greater will to improve & customise according to client needs. We onboarded the app solely bcz they offered customisation that no-one else was willing to do. They have made multiple custom requirements for us & are quick in replying & implementing the changes. I really hope they launch the pipeline features soon & there'll be no competitor for them.

The app is great, I use it for different Create your own bundle options. I had a problem with setting the discounts (I saw they weren't working correctly) and contacted support - Rakshit guided me patiently and helped me fix the issue (it was totally on me). I am super happy with the app's performance and with the support I received. Thank you!

Their customer service is SUPERB! Every time I go to chat, they are always available and always helps to solve my issues, which are mostly user error. The app works great!!!! I love all of the discounts that I can apply and they can also be used all at once!!

Deze app bied zeer veel discount mogelijkheden, is overzichtelijk er werkt makkelijk. De prijsplannen zijn minder geschikt zijn voor medium shops met relatief lage order waarde. Maar de service is geweldig. Ze helpen je bij al je vragen en passen de opmaak aan op je verzoek (als dit mogelijk is). Echt geweldig, aan aanrader.

The app works quite well, there were a few kinks that I needed help with but Chirag was quick to respond and knew how to fix the problem. Lots of capabilities, it takes some playing around to get to know all the ways you can use it. Overall I would recommend!

This app does so much more than the basic Shopify discount options. We can have multiple automatic discounts now as well. Chirag was amazing and helped get me set up with our theme very quickly. Support is A+ I had a quick issue that affected the AIOD app, no fault of their own. However, Chirag was so fast to help and got us fixed up in no time. We love the support with get from Chirag!!!

Customer service was excellent. They helped set up the installation and discount and tested it on their end to make sure it was working. Very helpful in answering any questions and concerns we had. Recommend this app.

I'm not 100% sure yet if this app will work out for me but one thing I can say is the customer service is superb! I needed help setting things up and they got back to me within a few hours, added some special code, and made things the way I wanted them. Communication back and forth was very good and I can definitely say that the customer service is great even if I don't end up using the app.
