Great app once it is configured correctly. Shopify has some limitations in how it manages discounts and Chirag was a superstar in walking me through the options. Great customer support!

A little difficult to understand the instructions for manual installation, more guidance on the ideal locations to insert code snippets would be very helpful! Great customer service however, and fast response time during business hours. So far integration has gone smoothly.
Hi Kai, Thank you so much for this review. We really appreciate you being a user. We’re here for you anytime. As per the different code structures of the theme and developer, the manual instruction is different for each theme which is really hard to manage. Here we describe the manual configuration https://www.cirklestudio.co/shopify-app/discount-app-configuration/ which is works in 70% of cases but still for 30% (Complex code structure) a developer can configure the app using this instruction.
We chose this app because of the range of discounts it alows and flexibility eg 3 for 2, buy 1 get 1 half price etc . Really pleased with the product and their customer service. The pricing model works well for us also as it is based upon the type of shopify account you have, not the number of variations etc as others do.
The customer service is outstanding. I have dealt with quite a few members of staff since I downloaded the app and they are so quick to provide advice and even help with customisation when needed. It's the first app I have found that combines all types of discounts.

Finally found a GREAT discount app and even GREATER customer service. Even though I 've only started using the app, I sent an email to the CirkleStudio team, 5 mn later he's contacted me and solved my issue. Top CS does exist!

We use this app for the Free Gift function, in order to add a discount to all other items in cart when a certain high-price item is bought. This feature wasn't available, so I requested it and Chirag added this feature and replied to me with a custom video to explain how it works - all within 48 hours. I was highly impressed. Although I haven't used the entirety of the app, it's 5-stars from me from what I can see, and 5-stars for the customer service.

We needed to create a 3 for 2 offer for the whole store and after installing the app I admit I was kind of lost. I contacted support and got a personal hangout call with one of the devs and within minutes everything worked and even better than we expected. Highly recommend.
This is the perfect plugin for discounts, a lot of options, capabilities, and features, but the most important thing is that the support (Thanks Chirag Patel) is amazing. This app allows me to offer volume discounts. Just what I needed. There are other functions, which I haven't tried. Customer support is prompt enough (considering that they're located on the other side of the globe, and probably sleeping when I submit my request) and awesome.
5 stars alone for customer service - Swati went out of the way to do it on my store to see if what i wanted would work and then provided me with a demo copy and email on how to do it myself
By far one of the best apps I have installed on my website, TheApronSite.com. The process was smooth. I had to update my theme and ran into some issues. Contacted customer care for the app and the very small issues were taken care of within an hour. 10-star rating!
