I had problems adding a tiered discount based on a dynamic collection, contacted their tech support and they quickly resolved my problem (I configured my dynamic collection incorrectly). The app is powerful as it gives me many options to match the discounts to our business model. Follow up - I had a problem where my developer caused a problem with this app, the AIOD team quickly fixed it for me. They're Wonderful!

The only drawback is that the app’s discount code cannot be used together with Shopify’s native discount code field, which can be a bit confusing for customers. It would be great if this feature could be improved in future updates.

Had trouble getting the cart popup to work correctly. I am not a developer, but as soon as I stated my issue in the chat box, they were able to connect to my website (with my approval) and code everything I needed. Great customer service and would highly recommend.
