What the app does is great. The support is great. Unfortunately it doesnt display the discounts on the product and collection pages. (which was my requirement) I have communicated this to the developer

Good customer service, excellent functions. Our store theme is customized, and I did not know how to install this app. But customer service Chirag helped to install it to our store and set up the discounts we wanted. Thank you so much.

very hard to understand settings and totally incompetent support chat. total waste of time even trying it. It only is 2 stars and not 1 because support was able to point out how to do a clean uninstall without code left.

The customer service with this app is amazing! Not only were their responses fast, but also incredibly helpful! I was even asked to be put into a virtual meeting so that I could be shown step-by-step to find a solution to my problem. There were a few questions that I could not figure out the answer to, so the team was quick to help me with a solution. I was not sure how to complete one of the solutions, so they took it upon themselves to do it for me. Everything in the app was fairly easy to set up and very straight forward. I am really looking forward to the app offering a "free gift" code as well as a "free shipping" option.

Chirag and his team are unbelievable. I was able to download the app, they assisted with the installation and instructions, and I was up and running in less than 15 minutes. Response times and customer service are the best I've seen in this industry over the last 6 years! Highly recommend this app to anyone!!

I'm kind of a tech idiot so when I signed up, even though I need the service had no idea how to work it. The support staff took the time to deal with my naivety and walk me through exactly what I needed to get started. The customer service is SUPERIOR and the product is amazing! Definitely recommend!!!!

Wonderful App. It work's amazingly. Best part is support. I had approached their support team for certain updates on my store and they did it religiously and the way I wanted it. I have installed the app few days back and it is unbelievably amazing. I am writing the advantages of the app and will update it again once I use it further. 1) The customer support is just unbelieveable. They responded to my queries via live chat within just 30 seconds. Never seen such fast response. 2) There was some issue in the automated installation in my theme so I told them regarding it and they fixed it within just 2 minutes. This is just awesome. 3) I want a feature which was not present in the app so I asked them via email regarding it and within just 2 days they added the feature in the app. 4) Also, the feature which prompt me to install the app is that it doesn't charge you any monthly charge unless you generate revenue from this app. Also, it is free for the first 300 orders.
