We are fully satisfied with the AIOD app! It has made planning and executing a variety of discount offers on our Shopify store quick and easy. The app provides flexible and varied discount options which Shopify's default features lacked. AIOD is user-friendly and helpful in streamlining our marketing strategies. Above all, the support team is also fantastic, offering fast and helpful response to any questions or issues we had. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to enhance their discount strategy.

We wanted to be able to offer tiered discounts to customers (e.g. 15% off one product & 20% off a different product) and the AIOD app allows us to do that. It essentially adds a discount field to the Cart (not the checkout). There are some minor things we wish were different (e.g. customers unable to use the code at checkout, only in the cart, and draft orders are created each time someone uses the discount field). Shockingly, Shopify doesn't have it built into their own discounts solution so you will need an app for tiered discounts, and overall we're happy with AIOD's solution.

Incredible support! We needed discounts to be auto applied in the checkout and everything was configured for us and even the layout was tweaked to get the styling looking good. Thank you so much :)

As I can see the app is not configured in your theme and due to that you are facing an issue. Each and every theme has different code structure and due to that in some cases we have to configure the app manually. I request you to reinstall the app and we will configure the app for you ASAP. Hopefully you can see from our other reviews, your situation is the exception and far from our usual high standards. This makes us all the more keen to make sure this gets resolved and doesn’t happen again. We have live chat with the app and our support agent is available 24*6 days a week for you. The AIOD App is fantastic! It has allowed us to create and customize our discounts like no other app has. The support from the AIOD Team is also phenomenal, with their representatives going above and beyond to assist, problem solve, and continue to build the app in ways that provide additional functionality. Honestly, it's not the most user friendly BUT the customer service is super helpful, patient and kind. They help guide and fix ALL my problems. But will continue to use this app.

From the time i installed the app and got everything working with the amazing help from Manoj was less than 20 mins, i have been looking for an app that would work in both the website and the POS and i take my hat off this app is a game changer

I have been trialling the app and I have found the help and support great. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is I am trying to figure out the best offers that will convert and look good. I have had some learning and technical issues however support have always been available and easy to contact to fix it.
