Very complex app with a lot of abilities beyond my understanding but quick live help from their support had the app quickly configured to my website!
The customer service is amazing. I tried following the instructions to install myself however failed. If you like what this app has to offer then i would go for it! They will go above and beyond to help you set it up correctly.

As I can see the app is not configured in your theme and due to that you are facing an issue. Each and every theme has different code structure and due to that in some cases we have to configure the app manually. I request you to reinstall the app and we will configure the app for you ASAP. Hopefully you can see from our other reviews, your situation is the exception and far from our usual high standards.
