The support team's responsiveness was impressive, whenever I needed help, they were quick to respond. [August 2025] I had an issue with the address auto-fill feature in the checkout, and they fixed it within minutes. Their skill and efficiency are truly impressive. Have some trouble installing the app. Been trying more than 5 apps in the market. The support response rate is pretty slow except for AIOD. Hats off to Swati who helped us resolve the issue so quickly.

Fantastic app. Wanted to set up different discounts for online and in-store. Let's you set up POS only discounts, which is amazing! Customer service is top-notch. They have a live chat feature which makes getting help fast and easy. My discounts weren't working the day before Thanksgiving and they were able to get it all fixed for me within minutes! Can't recommend this app enough! There are a few minor features I wish they had (like setting a time start/end time for discounts; currently defaults midnight-midnight), but overall an amazing all-in-one app!

The customer service of this app is incredible! While they do provide instructions on how to install the app, they will also set it up for you which has saved me so much headache. There are so many possibilities of discounts with this app and it is great to have all these features combined into one. I was able to delete 2 apps and gain more features by installing this in my store.

AIOD has the most discounting features that i have seen compared to others, it is a great tools to push for different type of promotional to boost sale. The support is amazing as well. Swati helped troubleshoot and fix the incorrect installation and get the app running instantly.

They answered all of my questions promptly and were extremely informative. I couldn't figure out how to do the installation to my theme by myself so I just messaged their chat reps and immediately they got to work. It took a bit of time due to time zone differences, however my store is up and running with the fully installed app!!

This is the most comprehensive discount app i have found that intergrates with Shopify. It has so many offer options that other apps don't have. I have no doubt it will improve conversion in my store. And the best thing is the customer service has been wonderful, Chirag is responsive and knowledgable. He had helped me with installation, testing and customisation. Highly recommend!
