AltKing: AI Alt Text SEO & ADA

The app works okay — if it’s even needed these days, since identical automated alt text for all images completely kills SEO — until it goes and automatically wipes out your custom text. I’ve just spent nearly two weeks making sure every single image had a unique alt tag. Then out of nowhere, everything reset to default even though I haven’t changed its settings. The app deleted my SEO descriptions and replaced them with default text. Absolute nightmare! I asked support for help — five times a day — but got no reply (sic!). That’s why I’m leaving this review.

Alles Gut. Mir wurde sofort weiter geholfen. Danke schön.

Great app, great help from Priteeranjan :) Need to double check the alts but so far, so good.

Super happy with the function and support of this app

Really happy with this app. Sometimes I forget the alt texts for months, then one day I think about it again, then I check this app again and see it has been giving all my images alt texts automatically in the meantime! Happy :)

Awesome app, much better than some of the other options. Will do alt-text for all of your products. Wish I could see in real time where it was updating and what the progress was, couldn't easily find that. However, it works great. Highly recommend.

Very useful app for those who have alot of images to add alt text and Priteeranjan is very responsive and good service highly recommended

Just looked at and installed this app, small business are usually businesses under 300 employees, this will assist with alt tag issues immediately. Tushar, one of the Support Engineer that helped me explained how the software works... genius app.

Great experience.

So far so good! Easy to install, maybe not the best first screen to interoduce the app and there's no ability to run a small test. Having said that, you can review the new alt text if you want to to. Bahvesh extremely helpful (and does a good line in kitten emojis). Seriously, support response was quick and helpful.

Me ha recomendado nuevas apps para usar y me he ayudado perfectamente a configurarla

Adarsh was extremely helpful and professional in getting the app set up on our store, https://insidesauna.com/. He made the whole process easy and was always quick to assist. Thank you, Adarsh, for your great support!
