Unbelievable customer service. I've been banging my head against a brick wall trying to sync products myself. I gave up on this app and after several days of inactivity received a message from customer service offering a one on one consultation to trouble shoot the issues I was having. The representative I spoke with was articulate and knowledgeable and had my Shopify products ready to start uploading to Amazon in under half an hour. Thankyou!
