Very good app. Recommended
CedCommerce Amazon Channel has made our Amazon listing process much smoother and more organised. The app makes product syncing and order management easier, helping the whole integration process run seamlessly. What really stands out is their support team. They guided us from the basics and explained the full process clearly, step by step. Overall, it has been a very helpful and positive experience.
We use CedCommerce Amazon Channel to sync all FBA orders back to our Shopify store admin. It's worked well for 2 months (before posting this review) and any questions have been answered swiftly and clearly by the support team. First class !

Excellent app and outstanding customer support. Setting up our Amazon account was quick and straightforward, and the team was incredibly helpful throughout the process. No matter what I click on, it takes to the pricing screen to pay for a subscription. I want to set it up first so I pick on free plan and get started. so it takes me back to select a paid plan. It said there is a free plan to get started. Not paying for something before I see it working.
Ungenügender Service und nicht erfüllte Zusagen – Unsere Erfahrung Wir haben diese App zunächst im Rahmen eines monatlichen Abonnements getestet und rund 3 bis 4 Monate lang versucht, sie mithilfe eines externen Programmiererteams einzurichten. Nachdem dies fehlschlug, übermittelten wir dem CED-Team unsere spezifischen Anforderungen. Wir baten das Team, alle Punkte zu prüfen. Vor dem Abschluss eines 1-Jahres-Abonnements ließen wir uns schriftlich bestätigen, dass unsere Rahmenbedingungen erfüllt werden können. Erst nach Erhalt dieser schriftlichen Bestätigung schlossen wir das Jahresabo ab. Uns wurden für die Einrichtung die Unterstützung des CED-Teams, 100 Vorlagen und Premium-Support zugesagt. Es folgte ein weiterer, rund 3 bis 4 Monate langer Einrichtungsversuch. Aus unserer Sicht blieben diese Bemühungen insgesamt erfolglos. Die Verbindung und Produktübertragung funktionierte nicht wie für unseren Fall vereinbart. Unter anderem wurden Produkte weiterhin auf Amazon zum Verkauf angeboten, obwohl sie auf Shopify bereits deaktiviert und ausverkauft waren. Dies führte zu wirtschaftlichen Verlusten auf unserer Seite. Zudem ließ die Hilfsbereitschaft des CED-Teams nach unserem Empfinden mit der Zeit spürbar nach; der Support wirkte auf uns zunehmend distanziert und Rückmeldungen erfolgten teilweise nur noch im Abstand von mehreren Wochen. Schließlich mussten wir die Reißleine ziehen, die App deinstallieren und zu einem anderen Anbieter wechseln. Unsere Bitte um eine Erstattung wurde abgelehnt. Stattdessen wurde uns nach den monatelangen Fehlschlägen lediglich eine erneute Einrichtungshilfe angeboten. Inzwischen sind vier Monate vergangen, und auf unsere E-Mails erhalten wir keine Reaktion mehr. Bei Kosten von rund 800 € lohnt sich der rechtliche Weg für uns wirtschaftlich kaum. Wir haben den Eindruck, dass diese Schwelle vom Anbieter ausgenutzt wird. Wir empfinden dieses Geschäftsverhalten als unprofessionell. Unsere Erfahrung war insgesamt äußerst enttäuschend

Hi I have been using Cedcommerce for some time now and would like to say that it works well. The most important is their online support which is excellent. If you get stuck, they are always available to support and resolve. This is very important when you are new to the product.
Unfortunately the app won't connect, others do but this one just refuses, reached out to support but just got an automated reply. App did eventually work as it was an issue with their connection to amazon, however the app is unable to create new listings for those in the handmade group

Não funciona, o suporte não ajuda, foram 3 dias a perder tempo, onde nada acontece. Não recomendo, é uma perda de tempo, e ajuda ainda diz que tem de ser pago à parte qualquer tipo de integração.
Slow to answer, locked me in the subscription then stopped answering until I chased. Defeats the purpose of paying for a service to outsource. Indians in India, not America!!
I have struggled getting my products synced through to Amazon for the last year or two. I finally caved to pay for their onboarding service for them to handle it for a flat fee, and I wish I had done it sooner. They promised it will be taken care of and fully on my Amazon store in 7-12 days, and they will provide me with a roadmap on how to do it if I need to add/update products in the future by myself. I had a question on the onboarding side, and they quickly jumped on a call to walk me through what I needed to do to grant them the appropriate permissions to do their job. Very prompt and polite service. Now, I just have to wait and see how it turns out. I will update this if there are any issues, but I don't expect there to be based on what I've seen so far.
CED made the entire account syncing process incredibly easy. They helped me every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and ensured everything was synced properly. Their support team was responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to getting the job done right. I am very pleased with both their help and the results. Highly recommend their service to anyone needing assistance with account integration and syncing!
