I've been using CedCommerce for my Amazon integration, and I appreciate the support provided by their team. Lovely was helpful and responsive in answering my questions about the Walmart integration and subscription options.

The app incorrectly indicates that my Amazon account is in Vacation Mode, which is not the case. Everything is properly configured and in good standing: my account is active, payments are up to date, and all selling permissions are correctly enabled. Unfortunately, customer support has not responded to my requests. Given these ongoing issues and the lack of support, I would rather switch to a different app.

Unfortunately, our experience with CedCommerce has been very disappointing. Many Amazon listings contain incorrect product information, pricing errors, and wrong ASIN mappings. Despite spending a significant amount of money on their services, the implementation has been poorly managed. Even worse, my last two emails requesting assistance to fix these issues have gone unanswered. Poor communication, unreliable product listings, and disappointing service overall. We expected much better.

Horrible. Their program does not work. I have been on Amazon for 15 years. They want me to pay some programmer 3 grand to set up the program. They have horrible customer service and only respond to messages 2 days a week. They ruined my whole vacation after 3 weeks of messing around with this wasting hours of my time on a program that won't work. They say things will work when they won't. Absolutely atrocious program. Stay away.

The setup process was straightforward, and the support team has been excellent whenever I needed assistance. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving any issues. I dont normally like to pay for apps but it pays for itself. Used this app for quite a while now. works really well, much better than the market place connect app. We also have some weird requirements which I've submitted to their development team to get something bespoke setup. Would definitely recommend!

App is pretty stable, not in all levels easy to understand - Amazon listing needs some experience. After a while, everything is working smooth. Every - really every problem i had was solved by the outstanding support team. They are so helpful and always friendly! Thanks to the team.

The Support center can be reached at any time via Chat. They are competent and helping to solve the problem during the chat. For more difficult questions they come back via E-mail or schedule an meeting to go through together with you and your configuration. if you have a case open you get assigned to the support person who took care for you prior what makes from my point of view the support easier.
