Support is quick to respond, but then takes hours to “check.” I don't know what they do during that time, but basically they just rephrase and repeat what I asked. I get the impression that this is intentional, so that in combination with the overly complicated user interface, you end up paying their people to take care of everything.

تطبيق سيء وخدمة عملاء وموظفين سيء Because your employee was uncooperative, I told him I didn't know the technical aspects. He told me they would do it for me for $799. I said I wanted to try one product to understand how it worked, but he didn't help me. He said I could cancel the application. Bad behavior and a bad employee.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This application and developers are filled with crooks and scammers. The app was not able to be used with AMAZON as promised. After discussing with their support team they informed me that it would not work which is fine... Several months down the road I was still getting charged for this APPLICATION unknowingly. Contacted support and they OFFERED a full refund. Fast forward after offering and supposedly approving the refund they then said they were not going to offer the refund as stated. SCAMMERS CROOKS LIARS AND THEIFS. Reporting to the BBB, My CC company and also SHOPIFY.

All the good reviews you see are bought!!! They offer a discount on their services if you write them a good review! Out of 1200 products only 1 integrated. The support available 24/7 to sell you an $8,000 package to upload your products to amazon. In the 2 hour zoom meeting, they aggressively tried to sell their service for the upload and Amazon ads. I kept repeatedly saying that we do not have a single product listed yet, and they kept on pushing to buy their ad services, really off-putting and aggressive! After I hired another company to help with the product sync. The orders started coming in through ced commerce app with "paid value" as if captured on shopify, although payment was on Amazon! This means in the end of the year on your tax report you'll have to pay for amazon sales revenue twice, once on Amazon and once on shopify, unless you go and dig out these sales one by one out of shopify report! I asked ced commerce about this issue several times, and they have not replied!

I downloaded this app as i believed it would help with starting to list our products on amazon when i installed the app it kept telling me to choose a payment plan (none of which had a 7 day trial which is the norm on shopify) i chose the cheapest one i could so that i could test the app out Quickly realising the app wouldnt work for me, i contacted customer service with some questions and asked for a refund as the app wasnt suitable for our products Customer service, instead of advising me on how to use the app, told me to uninstall it and they dont do refunds but would give me a credit to use if i wanted to use the app in the future Baring in mind that i had the app installed for less than a couple of hours before reaching out to the customer service, and less than 24 hours before uninstalling it Waste of time and money

I was pretty excited to try a new Amazon API app. This one seemed more robust and solid than other. However, with Amazon's new API Update, mapping meta fields is almost required for anything with a Variant. For examples I sell posters with a size. A typical Size options is 11" x 14", but this no longer works for Amazon and you have to map two separate fields for Length and Width. You either needs to pay $99 a month or a one time fee of $500 for a very basic option thats is now basically required.

I give one star only becasue I can't provide negative. I'm a shopify seller for 3 years and recently thinking about getting into Amazon and hence found this app. I sell apparesl and have around 60 styles. Each have around 5 sizes to 3-6 colors, in total I have around 1000 SKUs. 1). The customer service is great. I can always find help within a few minutes within their working hours. 2). The app shows errors to address for uploading product. Good, but they never show up at once. I fix a bug and click re-upload, it now shows another. I fix this and then another show up again. 3). Customer service keep pushing for their uploading service, which I don't need. If I have capacity to pay, I would have done this upload already without using this app. 4). Apparel has variation in size and color, which this app isn't capable of. In the end, I was able to upload a product but all listed under separate listing rather than one listing with variants becasue I also have GTIN exemption. This app isn't capable of doing so - apparel product with GTIn exemption. Tons of time wasted and non-result is made. I'm way better off just uploading via my link. Uninstalled.

I'm saying this with regret, but this has been a huge disappointment. I've been trying for two weeks, but the app keeps throwing errors — despite providing all required information correctly. Both the SKU and barcode are valid, and the system even says the product was uploaded, yet due to the error, it never appears on Amazon. However, when I enter the exact same product manually on Amazon, it works in two minutes without any issues. Unfortunately, your customer service is even worse than the app itself. They don’t provide real support, only superficial replies, and always blame Amazon without offering actual solutions. Among all the Shopify apps I've used, this one has by far the weakest customer service. As things stand, I’m not satisfied with the app at all and will be uploading my products directly to Amazon from now on.

"Free 50 orders/month; $0.2/order" This is false. There's absolutely nothing free about this app. You can't access ANY pages of the app or view the settings available without paying for a plan.

looked professional at first sight, but does not sync properly. deleted shopify products keep showing up on Amazon, stock is not syncing within a day... Amazon is very strict and will punish the seller by bad ranking and withholding money. and this app helps is very useful if you want to be full of problems and cancellations because it does not work properly. support is responsive but just bla bla they don't fix it.

Customer service is a joke. They keep asking questions that don't get you any closer to a resolution. It's supposed to link your products from Shopify to Amazon, but you end up having errors on everything. Today my Amazon order didn't sync at all and thank goodness I still have my Amazon seller notifications or I wouldn't have know at all. When I brought this up all I got was excuses why It didn't sync. If I have to do all the work myself, I don't need them getting in the way. Honestly, I think the good reviews they have posted are fake.

I had a disappointing experience with this service. I hired them to upload my products to Amazon and was told there were synchronization issues between Shopify and Amazon, allegedly due to payment problems or vacation mode. After contacting Amazon directly, I confirmed that my Seller Central account is fully operational and ready to post products. Despite providing screenshots and proof of my $300 payment, the service provider has not resolved the issue and insists the problem lies on my end. On top of that, they don’t respond to emails, and their customer service has been terrible since I made the payment. It’s hard to trust the positive reviews they have, as they seem fake. I would advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this app

The service provided by this company is extremely disappointing. They charge extra for features that should be included in the subscription. I have to call them daily, and my issues still aren't resolved. It feels like their goal is to frustrate customers into paying more for services they've already paid for. Truly frustrating.

Customer service was great at first, they always helped and were available. You cant get ahold of anyone and they make you send emails, when before they were more active on chat and answer question quickly and get issues fixed on the spot. Customer service has went down.....

After struggling for months we will be deleting this awful app. #1. CS seems designed to infuriate you - they act dumb and talk in circles and willfully refuse to understand your question. Then give you infuriating answers like 'just turn it off' when you spent 20 minutes explaining that it wont let you turn it off. #2. Do NOT use this app for listing creation, they can't even handle syncing. #3 SO MANY bugs and limitations. They won't fix any of them. You can't control what they sync with Amazon. Want to have higher prices or different fulfillment times on AZ? Forget about it CED will force you to match Shopify. I cannot even list how many bugs there are in the software. #3. One bug in particular. There is a setting for OOS inventory quantity (settings>product) displayed that keeps resetting itself to 999. Their default is to push 999 units to Amazon if something is OOS. If you turn it off, it turns itself on again. This is a huge booby trap - Amazon will shut your listings down if you keep cancelling mistaken orders. The workaround that I found is you have to de-link any OOS products. Again though this is a big problem if you have 1,000 skus. Things go OOS all the time. You will need to manually de-link anything that goes OOS. It took me weeks of yelling at them to even get them to acknowledge the problem. I don't know if it is fixed. When I tried to talk to them about it and ask if it will stay off now, they just repeat back to me what I said as if they are informing me of how it works ("when you put in "0" it resets back to "999") even though that is a bug, and talk in circles and refuse to acknowledge the problem or tell me if it will keep resetting back to "999" for OOS products or now.

they transferred my products completely wrong. I am not satisfied at all, the prices and titles are completely wrong. They took additional money from me outside shopify.
