This is the second app I use from CedCommerce and they are simply amazing. The app saves us LOTS of time, is reliable with inventory and the customer service is always top notch. They are available for any issues and that makes the difference. We totally love CedCommerce Team!

Raju has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was always available, patient, and genuinely happy to assist with anything I needed. What initially felt very confusing became so much easier with his support, and the whole experience has been great so far. Thank you, Raju—I truly appreciate your help. I’m looking forward to completing the setup and having everything run smoothly, and I’ll be happy to share another update once everything is fully up and running.

Really fast and convenient support, even on the weekend. I had been getting nowhere with a competitor inventory App and gave up in frustration after 3 days. My problem was fixed in 5 minutes to sync my inventory thanks.

Online assistance was very helpful and provided options for help including a guide to be able to do things yourself.

I've only been using the app for a few weeks, but my experience so far has been very good. The support team has been friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed help. Great experience working with the team on setting up and managing my amazon store. The communication was clear, professional and very responsive throughout the whole process. Any questions or adjustments were handled quickly which made everything run smoothly. They are knowledgeable about the listing, SEO, visibility and backend work that I am unable to do. the team has provided help guidance along the way, Highly recommend their services if your looking for reliable support got your e-commerce store. The Amazon connection by CedCommerce works well. Whenever I have an issue, Raju has been there every step of the way to solve and even share more features that I didn't realize was available. His customer support is what sets this application apart from the others. Thanks Raju!

The app is working well so far - has a cleaner UX than alternatives like Shopify Marketplace Connect and the linkages between Shopify and Amazon seem to be robust. I also had a technical problem that support were able to offer a custom solution to fix, which was appreciated.
