Mannau was a great help on support and contacted me on teams late in the evening as I was frustrated trying to list items. We got to the problem very quickly and it seems that it is with Amazon and not this software. Currently awaiting a GTIN exemption so hopefully it all gets sorted out soon and I can start making money :-) Thank you!

Great communication and prompt service. Vishal helped me downgrade my plan since we are testing out Amazon FBA temporarily. This will save our small business $ but keep the information in the app to return in the future. The application and integration worked well for seeing orders from Amazon.

The support team is where the value is. Should you find that your orders are not syncing or have an issue they are quickly reachable to help ensure you do not miss any orders for processing.
