FROGSHOP review for CedCommerce Amazon Channel

UPDATE 03/04/26 - This app is terrible. Amazon team is still non-responsive and software sucks. I was going to at least give them a positive rating for one of there reps but this whole experience just ruined my outlook on these guys. Never will use them again. STAY AWAY! As a long-term user of CedCommerce, it’s sad that I will have to leave the Amazon team due to inconsistencies in Customer Service & Technological Performance. I’ve tried to be patient and give some grace but this just flat out terrible. My account manager is clueless and doesn’t respond to my messages. The products are failing to sync via Shopify and we are just over it. Highly disappointed in this entire team.
