Carla Rockmore review for CedCommerce Amazon Channel

The CedCommerce Amazon Channel has been a great addition to our business. It helps us seamlessly synchronize orders and product quantities between Amazon and our store. While the tool is useful, it can be a bit buggy at times. For example, it provides warnings, but doesn’t always display all errors at once, which can make troubleshooting a bit tricky. I also encountered an issue with using a template—out of four products associated with it, two synced without problems, while the other two did not. On the positive side, their 24/7 support is a huge plus. The team is responsive, quick, and always ready to help resolve any issues that come up.
