Artesanías Flor de Piña review for CedCommerce Amazon Channel

I got so far two calls with the support team and they were able to help me link existing Amazon products to Shopify, however, I still unable to upload Shopify products to Amazon Handmade. I don't know what else I should do, I'm still waiting for support, but not sure how to proceed, or if this call is the right app to cover my needs, apparently, is not. Thanks
