I've been a customer of CedCommerce for the past three months. I initially reached out to ask for help to load my products onto Amazon's Seller Central, because that process is incredibly difficult for someone new to the process. From the beginning, I had an outstanding team. I was invited to a call where the team wanted to understand my goals, and from there helped me fine tune which products to list. They expertly guided me through the process to be GTIN exempt, and what was needed for that to go through. Once that was done, we regrouped and my products were loaded. I'm working with the team now on building out my Amazon store front and am upgrading product descriptions, photos, and more to make my store stand out from others. Every person with whom I have worked has been professional, very nice to speak with, knowledgeable, and worked to guide me through the steps very quickly and also very clearly.
