Raju Sah was exceptionally helpful. I initially purchased LitCommerce but soon discovered its major limitation—it couldn’t automatically send essential order fulfilment data to Amazon, such as shipping provider, dispatch date, time, and tracking number. Without this functionality, every order required 100% manual input, which completely defeated the purpose of using an automation tool. After some research, I found that CEDCommerce offered the full automation I was looking for. I first hired a freelancer to set it up, but unfortunately, he made several errors. I then contacted CEDCommerce directly, and Raju stepped in to help. He quickly fixed everything, showed genuine interest, was highly proactive, and provided consistent follow-up throughout and after the setup process.
