I've only been using the app for a few weeks, but my experience so far has been very good. The support team has been friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed help. As someone still getting everything set up with Amazon, it's reassuring to have a team that clearly understands the platform and is willing to guide you through the process.
