Dreamland Lacquer review for CedCommerce Amazon Channel

I'm using this app to sync my Shopify and Amazon stores. I'm selling on Handmade, so the app didn't work right out of the box for me, but when I reached out via live chat the rep assisted me right away with my issue and it's working fine now.
