This has been a nightmare! Not for an individual seller, tell you its free, charge you $39.99 before any products loaded or properly (Amazon will deny you any assistance), send you conflicting instruction emails, you’ll need to do the work (support just helps clarify all your errors). The dream of being an Amazon individual seller through this channel just starting out has been totally overwhelming plus devastatingly exhausting! Still in resolve just more stress!

Most marketplaces will charge an account fee or take a % of sales. Amazon by Codisto offers a 30-day trial and a choice of plans beyond that depending on the number of orders you have. Attention, I can only warn everyone about this app. We have installed this app and it has caused this app to delete products from our store. We checked the Shopify logs and random products were deleted. Attention. Utmost caution is advised here.

It doesn't work in UAE.... 2 month we tried to fix errors with support and in the end we found out that MCF just doesn't work in UAE... Support and tech crews were useless. They don't know basic things about the company.. 2 month...

I have tried this app since a week now and i spent 8 hours a day. until today i was not able to upload one single new product. it has been a very frustrating experience. support is quick to answer and very friendly. but in the end i followed their instructions (deleting product, waiting 24 hours, uploading again) and the numerous problems could not be fixed.

Do NOT fall for this App!, extremely misleading! claiming to offer you free month but in order for you to connect you must register with AMAZON and the minute you do you get charged !!!! Very dodgy indeed and misleading !!!! not stating this crucial information!, I now have to go through hours of trying to get the refund and figure it out where or what number to contact as everything is virtual and automatic ! Seriously DO NOT download this!!!!

I have been unable to connect my store. I've reached out for help on the issue and am still unable to connect my store. Also, I signed up for a free trial, and was charged the same day. That wouldn't be a problem if I was able to use the app.

If you sell unique products that do not have unique product identifers this is a nightmare. Amazon makes it very difficult and this app does not overcome that. I am an artist and each of my works is unique. We do not have GTIN so had to go through an exemption process with Amazon - fair enough. I still though cannot make my works active - Codisto customer service has been responsive but as far as I can see the issue I have has been resolved on one of my works not all of them! If I have to repeat the recommended workaround process for each work I want to list I may as well list directly to Amazon for all the time this is saving me.

Atrociously bad app that is not even functional. Missing Amazon product categories (such as Wall Art). Shows items continuously as 'publishing' even though they have failed to publish and are awaiting you to take action (to update fields that don't match what is in Amazon. Do yourself a favor and just create your listings directly in Amazon. The time spent fighting with this App is not worth it.

The worst Shopify FBM to Amazon listing app ever. Parent SKUs aren't paired with Varients in ASC, feeds don't provide all the information to Amazon, and this app doesnt screen for potential errors. Anytime i reach out to Codisto support, they research, tell me to communicate with Amazon , provide a batch ID and amazons error message and now I'm the middle person relaying information back & forth to Codisto with no resolution. A simple listing became a nightmare for 2 weeks straight, dont waste your time.

I signed up a month or so ago. Followed their instructions to setup amazon id's etc - verified over the top ID requirements on the basis of info provided that first 50 orders will be free. I thought that's great way to test waters, however within a week of joining I get charged $64 - keep in mind my listings were not even active. I contacted the app team and was told they are NOT amazon ....and 3rd part = why has Shopify & app developer not made this clear to begin with, also app developer apparently has zero leverage with Amazon - so I got handballed to Amazon who have till date not refunded my money. Just upset at the whole BS

Thanks for your feedback We have reached out directly. We are an integration app and our only affiliation with Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Google are through their API. All marketplaces have their own charges that we are not in control of. this app doesn't even work, even after going through everything correctly with support, the product never gets fed into amazon or is even clear if its active or approved or what exactly, very unclear and frustrating process. no thanks

Terrible, they offer the free trial and then the app has so many errors that you can't publish the products, I contacted the several times and none of their operators have been able to fix the issue. The trial period has been wasted to fix the errors not yet fixed, this app gives just a ton of headache when it was supposed to make things easier, it just looks like a scam.

Absolutely terrible app. Might as well bypass it as there is nothing automated or helpful to get your products on amazon. Reached out for help on one occasion and it was clear they don't want to solve problems. Didn't want to reach out again, because, why would you?

App is completely useless and terrible. If your inventory is managed by a 3rd party app (as is the case for most every dropshipper) the app will not recognize this and will assign everything a value of 1. The descriptions do not transfer over. So many errors and bugs trying to set it up. Do not waste your time if you are a dropshipper. this app is completely useless.

GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE !!! We sell area rugs. I changed the shipping settings becs of the price hike. I made the change on Amazon Seller Central. And after every change, the setting was being returned to the previous shipment rate. Tried so many times. Still same. But today I noticed that this garbage app had a shipping box for the listing. I initially thought it was just for information. There is no "Select Shipping" option. You can manually write whatever you want! So, I copied the shipping rate's name from Seller Central and pasted it in the box. And guess what. Problem solved. But there is a bigger problem. Who is gonna pay my loss for the extra shipping charges this app caused to me?? Shopify's free app for Amazon was far more greater than this one. We only need this for inventory tracking and nothing else. I have to pay $60 every month, just to keep the inventory quantities correct. I do not use any other specs of the app. And yet it causes me more money loss. There is nothing in the app which can help me make my work easier or more efficient. Shopify removed its own app, and left us with this. Either you pay $60 or you pay $60...

Thanks for your feedback, The shipping box is actually a feature on Codisto that allows you to set the Shipping Group for a product that you are trying to list or already listing on Amazon. This is one of the worst apps ever. Avoid at all cost. It does NOT do what it CLAIMS to do. It has caused me to oversell on many occasions. The most frustrating part is that it does NOT transfer new listings to Amazon. One had to manually do redundant work with listing on both Shopify and then, once again, on Amazon. Who has time for this? Support is never helpful. They just say...yes, YOU have to do this and YOU have to do that....OK...what am I paying YOU for? Haha! Stay away.

This APP is not very useful and ridiculously prided for small business owners. I will never use another Codisto App ever again. AVOID AVOID AVOID, ACTUALLY RUN AWAY if you see by Codisto.

Impossible to contact tech support by telephone. Always had problems. Accurate and easy control of our listings was impossible. Now that I have cancelled service, I cannot get control of my listings back

I have had an issue with the product syncing since I started to use it via this Codisto app. The first attempt at syncing nearly 200 SKUs- I sold out of 2 different items as the Codisto sync somehow caused these 2 items both valued over $60-$80 to be sold on Amazon at $1 and $2 per unit. After solving this issue and being assured that I wouldn't have issues syncing again, on 3 separate occasions I have had to open a ticket because my inventory wasn't syncing or my pricing wasn't syncing. I was told that from now on, my default settings for new syncs would automatically be set to "Store price" which has not been the case as I have just opened 2 new tickets regarding the same exact concern. I am really really trying to give this App a chance as I can see the major benefits it can bring, but these issues cannot keep happening. We add products daily and when we hit 1,000+ SKUs this is not an issue that can repeat itself, especially considering that we are paying over $700 a year to use the App after being forced to remove the Shopify Amazon app which was FREE! I will continue to give this App the benefit of a doubt, but I do ask that the developers take a look at some of these concerns as I am sure I am not the only one struggling.

I've had this app for going on 4 months now. It seems there is a disconnect between Amazon and Codisto. None of my products are coming through with parent/child variations. The t-shirts I am selling only have color and size variants, which should be simple. Codisto's response was for me to talk through customer service with Amazon, which completely defeats the purpose of having the app. If I wanted to go direct to Amazon, I would have. Seriously frustrating to waste $40/month for 4 months now with Amazon Seller Account only to have none of my products be able to be displayed correctly. Really friendly customer service, but not working quick enough for me. Finally decided to cut my losses and try a different sales channel/appl.
