Amazon by Codisto

I installed this app because Amazon itself is complicated for me, and I really have a lot of products to re-enter them all. Great app for this problem. Of course, there is work to be done here, but very little. The support is really fantastic, very kind and professional. Thanks Lyn a lot for everything!

Update June 2023. I have upgraded to two stars because the app is now working without further incident despite the below. Please be aware that this does not sync REFUNDS. If you refund on Amazon, it will not be reflected in Shopify. If you refund on both channels it may give a double refund which nobody warns you of! We have definitely done that before so this oversight cost tons of money. Codisto does not warn the customer about this but they should. 2022 Update: since this writing, they have twice more simply stopped syncing, (without explanation) causing us to get our store shut down TWICE more. If it happens again we will use our access to our Amazon store that took me 10 years to build. Infuriating!! Review: They have completely screwed us on several occasions. If you go over the order limit on your plan, they just stop syncing then shut off your account. Their answer is "kindly monitor your order limits". We lost our Prime status, our seller rating was damaged, and had numerous angry customers and cancellations. There was no notification that the orders had stopped syncing. They pushed a sync once I chatted with them and bought the more expensive plan, but when I suggested they credit us a few months, they wanted me to delete this review in exchange for crediting us two months. Zero responsibility was taken.

Been very straightforward to link our products on Amazon. Tom was a great help with our product listing errors - solved everything very quickly and easy to work with!

Always great at sorting any problems you may have linking up to amazon. The app itself does what we want it to do by keeping everything in one place.

If you are trying to upload a whole of T-Shirts, like my case. It will take months. It's really hard. Despite support helping us, it takes approximately 3 hours to make it happen. If you use a POD or another Integration system do it that way. Support is great, but for stores with a lot of products it's a lot of work.

Great service and Ediline was very helpful and allowing our company to seemlessly transfer our products from Shopify to Amazon.

The app itself is a little confusing but the customer service is great. I recommend for any small biz who doesn't want the hassle of running a separate Amazon biz.
