The support is what makes this app great. When something isn't acting the way it should they have been quick to resolve.

Mark was great help in setting this up for our Shopify store! Our Upcs and sku from our shopify werent being used and he helped me map that correctly.

This is my first time really using Codisto, and Dianne really took the time to help me. I tried Googling how to fix the errors I was getting but a lot of this was way over my head. Dianne broke down what I had to do to Match the links and fix the errors to get everything Published. She even would send me links to pictures to where to go which helped a lot since I'm a visual learner. Thanks again, will definitely recommend and use again in the future!

I am new to using Amazon by Codisto and needed assistance to troubleshoot some of my initial questions. I had an onboarding call with John who was extremely helpful and patient. I was feeling slightly overwhelmed with problems, he took the time to listen and offer assistance with updating information in our large catalog. I am truly grateful for the level of customer service I received.

Great app. I tested it last month and were able to connect to Amazon. I was having issues at first but Jae was very helpful. He walked me through the process of resolving the issue quickly. But I did have a problem with Amazon regarding my listings so I drop the idea of integration for now. I highly recommend this app though.

When Amazon Sales Channel ended, this was the next best thing. Customer service is helpful. Note that it only allows you to sell on one amazon channel. We want to sell on US, MX, and CA so we will be upgrading to Codisto Channel Cloud.

The application is not easy to learn, but the technical service is always available to help us. For each of my questions, I had clear answers and explanations so that I could understand how everything works. It may seem a bit long at first but after that the application runs by itself.
