Amazon by Codisto

So far our experience with Amazon by Codisto is great! We have contacted the support team on a few occasions and they always make sure to clear up any concerns as well as provide additional help documents.

Great customer service, had a few issues syncing the store to Amazon but Ian from the support team really helped out and took the time to explain the errors, thanks Ian

Joy was helpful and able to address our issue in remapping the ASIN to our new product catalogue. No waiting queue, and has a chat option for support.

Ediline was very patient and carefully walked me through what my store needed to sync my listings. I appreciated that because it ended up being something I did on my end that was an error. Having this integration has made my fulfillment so much easier!

I have tried this app since a week now and i spent 8 hours a day. until today i was not able to upload one single new product. it has been a very frustrating experience. support is quick to answer and very friendly. but in the end i followed their instructions (deleting product, waiting 24 hours, uploading again) and the numerous problems could not be fixed.

Joy has been extremely helpful today with Amazon by Codisto. I strongly recommend if you are using Amazon By Codisto you ask to speak to Joy. She is fabulous and very patient.

These folks are my heros! It's taken me FOREVER to get on Amazon because nothing else works, and I mean nothing. But their app not only does the sync you need to sell on Amazon, but their support is the BEST I've had to get everything working!

Ediline was amazing! I installed the app, had a couple snags with some settings. Do NOT fall for this App!, extremely misleading! claiming to offer you free month but in order for you to connect you must register with AMAZON and the minute you do you get charged !!!! Very dodgy indeed and misleading !!!! not stating this crucial information!, I now have to go through hours of trying to get the refund and figure it out where or what number to contact as everything is virtual and automatic ! Seriously DO NOT download this!!!!

Dianne was a tremendous help in tracking down the problem I was having regarding GTIN listings going from Shopify to Amazon. I cannot recommend her (and the chat feature) highly enough! Chat was fast and very responsive, and she provided screenshots of every step I needed to take to solve my issue. Bravo!

If you are not using this app you are literally hurting yourself. Chat staff is on point and actually go out of their way to help you through any issue you may have. They can also look up past issues which helps when you need to run off and take care of something else for a bit. I would leave 10 stars if I could.

The 24/7 chat team is extremely helpful. I highly recommend reaching out to them when you run into trouble. They are quick to untangle you and get you back on your feet.

Honestly I can attest to what Gems of Zodiac stated , we have received that exact same care as we are trying to list products from multiple stores using our Amazon GTIN exemption and we have been troubleshooting with them over a number of days maybe even weeks but with their guidance and calls to Amazon Seller I believe we are at the finish line of having our products listed. If we could, we would give them a 10 as well!

Great service and great app. Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. Willing to spend all the time necessary to get what I needed done. App works great with Shopify and syncs inventory, imports orders, and sends customers tracking information once order is shipped. Great Product and Great company!
