I used live chat with Ediline to try to get my products synced to Amazon. It took a while and lots of help, but we got the first item up!!

While the process may seem a little overwhelming at first, once I've figured out how to use the app it's been pretty straight forward. What's great is if you have any questions or concerns the support staff is always there and happy to help. It's thanks to them we've got our shop up and running on Amazon. Today I dealt with Adrian in the Codisto team. I can't speak highly enough of the level of customer service he provided me. He was patient enough to wait with me to test an order, and guide me through to a solution. Every customer service team in Tech needs their own Adrian! Keep up the great work!

Works like it suppose to with no dramas either! We should have use this app from the start over 15 months ago. Don't waste you time with other apps! The best thing is they have a live chat and help you straight away! not a stupid email ticketing system that you have to wait for a response when you're desperate. Special thanks to Russ for helping us out...... Amazing effort.
