Amazon by Codisto

As you probably know, there are basically two choices right now - this app and CEDCommerce. I've tried both and this one is better by far. It is true that it is very difficult to get everything running - BUT - every snag I hit was an issue on Amazon's side, not Codisto's side. There are like 100 hoops to jump through before you can get listed on Amazon - but once you've done that - this app makes it extremely easy to integrate Shopify and Amazon. I talked to customer service multiple times (each time thinking that it was a Codisto problem but they were extremely patient with me and helped me through). Only one of these agents was less than helpful - the others were all amazing.

Very burdensome app, with otons of technical errors. Support is responsive but not knowledgeable about the subject, and how to help. Sometimes image and descriptions dont upload with the product and sometimes variants are uploaded as seperate products. Use cedcommerce this is a nightmare. Mariel was decent, but this dude called Mark was trying to patronize me and like "listen before you ask questions" when i've been listening for like 10 minutes about him explaing a feature that i didnt need to use. Mark does not know what he is talking about at all, but acts like a know it all. Rain was also very nice.

It took me a long time to try and list my product . Joy V Set everything up for me in less than 5 minutes. Im very Happy with his service.

App take awhile to get used to and need a little bit of training but their assistance is superb. I would recommend.

Easy to use, support is quick. My first day using it and I managed to list some offers successfully.

I have been unable to connect my store. I've reached out for help on the issue and am still unable to connect my store. Also, I signed up for a free trial, and was charged the same day. That wouldn't be a problem if I was able to use the app.
