Soooo much better than the Amazon app by Shopify. Easy to set up. More control over the products and syncing. Awesome support (I'm talking about you Lyn!). We are in the process of installing Codisto on another of our websites. Highly recommend.

Codisto's customer service is incredible. Using the chat box is extremely quick and easy. They really want to get your problem solved and will take as long as they need to to help complete whatever it is you're trying to get done. The app itself has an easy-to-use interface and the developers are continuously working to improve the program even further.

I used to have the Shopify Amazon app for two years which was free. I like the option of having Shopify track my seller fulfilled sales for ease in label printing, to be able to fulfill up to 20 orders at one time and to get my Shopify shipping discount. Now, the Amazon app sales channel was closed, so I was forced to upgrade to Amazon by Codisto. I started with their free package for 50 orders. The first month, I had to upgrade to the paid "starter" plan ($19.99/mo) because I am selling more than 50 orders on Amazon. Month 2, I am again forced to upgrade to the "growth plan" at $59/month, because I am seeing success on Amazon. So, to sell on Amazon, I get Amazon fees and now I'm hit with a Codisto monthly fee and possibly overages. Summary, I went from $0 fees to .19 cents per order. Then it quickly climbed .59-.11 cents range per order. That is an excessive fee per order and cuts into my advertising and profits. I really don't need to be paying $100-200 per month for the convenience of filling several orders at once and to save a few cents off my shipping! Nor do I need more fees, so I plan to cancel this app.

The customer service with the chat box has been stellar. This app has taken a lot of the confusion out of listing on Amazon. Highly recommend.

I was concerned when Shopify's old APP was deprecated, but Codisto stepped in and their APP is far more comprehensive than the old Shopify APP. I primarily use it for price harmonization as our descriptions are slightly different between Amazon and our site. The customer service from the beginning has been stellar as well as being a massive upgrade with a multitude of optimization features available. Adjusted Review... We were being charged for all Amazon FBA orders even though they did not have anything to do with Shopify and since we sell 95% on Amazon FBA vs FBM or eBay it was costing us hundreds of dollars! We could not reach them to help us resolve this but after leaving a review they got in touch with us and walked us how to disable FBA products (something that was not clear until we received training) and they credited the FBA orders that were being counted against the minimum order threshold our plan allows. So they stepped up and fixed the issue. The software works well so no complaints there. However you need to be very careful on how it is set up and suggest getting their help to prevent FBA orders from being counted if that is a concern. Also as of now there is no way to track how many orders you are getting that are counted against the minimum, so it is a bit of a guessing game on what plan you need, and we are waiting for this to be added in the next rollout.

This app allowed us to have a seamless integration of our amazon listing. We use FBM which works just as expected. Great customer support which is always friendly and helpful.

We really enjoy this app. Since we have been using this our sales have been through the roof again and there have not been any technical issues like we had before. If we have questions or need help- someone is there as quick as they can to help you via chat or by phone. We really appreciate this app!

This is working fine on individual product listings. However, adding a variant to our listings is confusing and can't seem to find a quick and easy solution. May need to explore an alternate option unless the developers can point us to a solution.

Diese App ist echt kompliziert, noch schlimmer geht das nicht. Das Help Center hatte auch nicht wirklich Lust meine Fragen zu beantworten, und dafür wollen die noch Geld.
