This app is just not good if you sell apparel. It creates more problems than it solved for us. And the support could not figure it out either. They still have a lot of fixing to do to get this app to where it needs to be.

Thanks to the Support Specialist I talked with, I was provided excellent customer service. All responses were prompt and professional, especially since I had no clue on how to proceed. Also I had very friendly, helpful experience that allowed me to easily find what I was looking for. Would recommend 100%

I must confess that I was a little frustrated at first making the transition from the old Shopify/Amazon app, but found the Codisto support excellent! I spent over an hour with a very patient, knowledgeable support representative, who walked me through the transition process.

Super powerful tool. We wouldn't be doing FBM Amazon orders without it. Very responsive and helpful customer support, too.

It works waaay better than the original Shopify app for Amazon. I don't like having to pay for it, but that's the price of doing business. The app is great for updating your Amazon listings quickly or making new listings. Customer support is fantastic.

I use it for me Amazon US account. Frustrated that it will not work for my Canada and Mexico accounts, as they are the same exact items, unless I pay more, but it works for the most part.

The app is simple to configure and the CX is amazing. Support was extremely responsive and available to resolve a few items or answer questions. Arlie was awesome! Highly recommend.

This app is very user friendly and the customer support has made it the best!! Joy B was SO helpful in directing me to go exactly where I needed to in order to upload my product. I was so grateful for her quick expertise to point me to the problem to get it fixed and product quickly uploaded on Amazon. This is a must use service!

this app is wonderful i dont usually leave reviews for app but this app is a game server i am able to list my products along with their description easily on amazon hope to do business with them for long time.

I use this app to help me learn to navigate my Amazon by Codisto app, in shopify as well as learn everything i can about using the seller central site. I have enjoyed the instructional process with using google hangouts so i can share my screen and they can see and show me where to navigate, in addition i enjoy the experience of them showing me their screen and show my how to use additional tools to help update pics and etc. I do however would like to be able to get more of an immediate response from customer assistance,, when ever i have a much needed answer to a task.

Codisto has THE BEST Amazon / Shopify integration plugin. It is by far the most stable, best priced, and most powerful Amazon plugin for Shopify. Codisto customer support is quick, fast, and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

My original Shopify / Amazon connection worked fine before I was forced switched to this app (as an alternative, like the rest of my Shopify store owner peers). This system is so complicated [keep in mind, I am a web designer / programmer, so it should be fairly easy for me to learn any system]. This app doesn't even list the products that were already connected to Amazon from the previous system. Then when I actually fill out the cumbersome product listing details, it shows that it is "Publishing"... then when I give it 24 hours, not even ONE of my products is linked to the Amazon store. #Frustrating #Uninstalled #StillLookingForARealAlternative

CHLOE! OMG! I have been in business almost 30 years....when I come across Customer Service that is average, above average or OUTSTANDING I will take the time to let others know... CHLOE was INCREDIBLE! I have a problem retaining information...especially technical info. These days it seems every platform offers links to info....so frustrating....I am at a loss for words to describe how patient, kind, knowledgeable and understanding Chloe was on our tech chat. She was to the point, professional and she took the time to look into a few issues that I don't think were associated with my specific needs but they interconnected....she took a few moments to investigate and gave me sound direction to resolve these lingering issues. To the folks at Codisto, when I come across STELLAR employees I try to point it out, there's enough negative in this world. Chloe is a keeper...no brainer. Thank you CHLOE!
