Amazon by Codisto

I have an Amazon account for many years, but never really used it. I just learned about the new App Amazon by Codisto; support was extraordinary wonderful, never had such a nice support with a New App. I am very, very happy with the support, the chat works well and easy. Joy helped me to set up my new Amazon by Codisto account yesterday, and this morning Lyn was there to answer some more questions. Thank you so much Amazon by Codisto, you are the best !

The customer support so far has been very helpful. I have been able to get all my questions answered and I am headed in the right direction.

Tough changing over from the amazon sales channel but after some getting used to this app is pretty nice. Thanks guys

I've used other apps for this application but this one seems to be the easiest to navigate. I have multiple stores and it keeps everything separated and working efficiently. I've used their chat help function and they've answered all my questions. Like any app, the first time you get into it, it will be a bit confusing. Be patient and don't give up. The other apps I've used were way too buggy and confusing. This one "just works".

Once I got used to how things worked, it was pretty smooth. I like this App. Absolutely great customer support through the chat.

Received some online assistance from Joy via CHAT about 3 inactive products not connecting to Amazon from Shopify. After a few chats, within minutes all were ACTIVE again. Terriffic service and a pleasant chat.

Ice fixed a small linking prob I had pronto. I read in the reviews that the support was great. Nice to see its true. 5 stars.

We were able to easily convert from the Shopify Amazon app to Codisto in a very short amount of time. Our only problem with the app is the inability to issue credits through Shopify which would then transfer to Amazon through the Codisto app. In addition, we have sent at least two emails to your support team and have never received an answer. It has been about a month since the first email. Other than those two issues we have been pleased with the app.

It is going to take some getting acquainted with but I love how user-friendly this app is. Customer service is top-notch! Thanks, Lyn, for helping us set our prices to store price.

EXCELLENT! Lyn and Chloe were very attentive, and remembered all the issues after 24 hrs, she paid attention to every detail and was able to fix my issues.

Ice (chat pro) was patient with me and really helped me transition from the old amazon app to Codisto. It was a bit confusing but Ice got me back to where I was similar to the old app. Very much appreciate the assistance.

Excellent online customer service from start to finish - I am completely satisfied and learnt a lot in 10 mins.

So far so good. Takes some getting used to, but customer support has been very thorough and helpful. Products are taking a while to publish, but will check back later and update if necessary!

Codisto works much better than the Shopify integration. The integration of the app is seamless. The onboarding and the support is responsive. Genner has assisted me twice and was able to fix my issues immediately. He is highly recommended. I enjoy working with this company.
