Ive never experienced such patient technical support through anywhere like ive experienced here tonight. Very impresed and happy i chose this path for my small business

Great app to sync our amazon store with our site - the support is amazing: very responsive and helpful! Mark, Ice, and Russ are all knowledgable and patiently helped me dig into understanding how to use the platform, coming from a place where I didn't even know what amazon feeds were.

overall this works pretty well for me. I did have problems with it, but support were in the end on it to help me. it is user-friendly and doesn't take long to learn how to use it

It was easy as soon as I ask for some help. Ice was a great help, fixed my problem within a few minutes. Highly recomended.

This app makes it easy for us to list our Shopify products on Amazon, a few clicks and it's done. Their support is responsive, Jason helped us with questions to get us up and running. Great app.

It is the easiest way we found to sync our products on Amazon. We can add products to Amazon in just a few clicks. I had an issue the other day and someone resolved it in a few minutes over chat. Highly recommended.

Updated: Working much better. Well, what loads is. Lots of other items are not. Having been asked to give a 5-star review - which we did because they asked nicely and we'd love it to work - we waited for products to be processed. After a few weeks we were told they were all ok. then we looked - no - still not done. It's been a huge waste of time. Can anyone recommend an alternative, please? Previously: The customer service is swift, patient and really tries to help. But the app fails so often. We're sticking with it for now because listing on Amazon is tricky. Hopefully, the developers will fix this app's failings, and it proves to be an asset to us and worth the effort. PS - support can also be patchy (and unreliable).

The Customer service is always helpful, no matter what time i contact them they help with patience and check my listing one by one and let me know how to fix the issues or what are the causes of the issue. So far I wasn't able to see all my products information plus price plus pictures on Amazon, I am not sure if there is a technical issue between Amazon and Codisto that Amazon is not being able to receive all the products detail from Codisto. Hope they improve this part and solve this issue so we could continue our business with Codisto. I am double checking all my listing to see if there is anything that i missed thats causing this problem. Hope it get resolved. other than that, I love their Customer Service!

The worst Shopify FBM to Amazon listing app ever. Parent SKUs aren't paired with Varients in ASC, feeds don't provide all the information to Amazon, and this app doesnt screen for potential errors. Anytime i reach out to Codisto support, they research, tell me to communicate with Amazon , provide a batch ID and amazons error message and now I'm the middle person relaying information back & forth to Codisto with no resolution. A simple listing became a nightmare for 2 weeks straight, dont waste your time.

I signed up a month or so ago. Followed their instructions to setup amazon id's etc - verified over the top ID requirements on the basis of info provided that first 50 orders will be free. I thought that's great way to test waters, however within a week of joining I get charged $64 - keep in mind my listings were not even active. I contacted the app team and was told they are NOT amazon ....and 3rd part = why has Shopify & app developer not made this clear to begin with, also app developer apparently has zero leverage with Amazon - so I got handballed to Amazon who have till date not refunded my money. Just upset at the whole BS

Set up my first product today with support from a very patient and informative chat rep named Joy. Thanks for your help and patience to show me how to set up products. Looking forward to a streamlined integration after setup is complete.

App works perfectly, brings all of our orders into shopify from amazon. Support is great, instant reply on livechat and very helpful.

Great app. I tried a few and this one was the first one that actually uploaded en synced products with my Amazon account. Support online was very helpful!
