Amazon Importer Spreadr App

I can say without a doubt, the team at Spreadr is AMAZING. As a complete novice, I have found the process of setting up a Shopify Store in conjunction with Amazon is a little daunting. When I ran into an issue, I reached out to Spreadr Support and there response fixed my issue within an hour. They were fast, professional and most importantly listened to my issues and addressed the issue promptly. Without a doubt one of the best levels of customer service I have encountered in a very long time! I would highly recommend Spreadr to anyone looking to advance their business!

I spent so much time trying to figure out how the View on Amazon button is visible for all the products imported via the Spreadr app and removing the add to cart button.. Support did it in less than a day. So quick, and pleasantly, and promptly responded to my email request.

This app has given us more opportunity to sell Amazon products by adding a "buy on Amazon" button and it's also easy to use the app. Another plus has been there quick service anytime we needed help, thank you!

I get direct orders to my store instead of directing customers to Amazon when some changes occur on amazon.Amazon listing goes out of stock and i get order to the store and have to refund customer and have stripe charges. Support didn't help. I have 5 orders for above 200$ and had to refund

I can only repeat what others have said. I cannot stress enough how great the Amazon Importer Spreadr App is. I honestly don't know what I would have done without their highly competent service team. They are available 24/7 and always ready to assist whenever I needed help. Thank you, much appreciated!

Just started using it, it was fairly easy to install. I did have to add extra code, but it was well documented and I had no problems. I am currently adding products to the store and excited drive traffic to my pages!

Editing my review to add that although their customer service is responsive, there were shortcomings to the app that made it so that it didn't fully work as I'm based in Canada. Works great if you're in the States and selling to the States Amazon.com site. But the Pro plan couldn't handle 2 out of the 3 searches that I needed for the Canadian market. Sadly, I had to let go of this promising app. Original review: Great app and great support! Mane was very helpful at answering my questions as I encountered a small glitch that disappeared on its own. Very professional, quick and thorough responses. Awesome response from customer service!

Yes. An intuitive, professional, fast and very accurate application. All in all, but the response time of the support team, the speed of reaction and, last but not least, the efficiency left me speechless. They did the integration of my application in Shopify without them being able to check the end. My mistake for not giving them the password. But it worked perfectly. I was not satisfied and wanted to change the color of the element that they modified. I wrote them what I wanted and after a maximum of 20 minutes they made the change. Fantastic. Thank you for your promptness, professionalism and courtesy. It is clear that I found the perfect application for Amazon. Good luck to the whole team.

I love the way I can import Amazon products into my Shopify Store. The only thing I would change is to be able to add an entire Amazon Page to my Shopify Store.
