I have been regularly charges despite my attempt to unsubscribe from the application again and again ! Please do something related to this. ** Its been frustrated to see the charges again and again. I was affirmed that a credit note was given last time but I see their is a new charge this month as well. Please reply to me as soon as possible !!!!!

Most traffic today is Mobile, this app doesn't provide deep linking meaning most of your traffic won't convert as their links will open in browser not the amazon app.

Spreadr uses standard Amazon product URLs with your affiliate tag, and we rely on the mobile operating system to open these links in the Amazon app if the following conditions are met: - The Amazon app is installed on the user’s device - The user hasn’t disabled deep linking - The Amazon app for that region supports deep linking (most do) However, Amazon does not provide a guaranteed or official method to force app-opening behavior across all devices and regions — this is a limitation that affects all affiliate tools, not just ours. It’s also important to note that we’ve never claimed or advertised deep linking support in our app listing or documentation. I get direct orders to my store instead of directing customers to Amazon when some changes occur on amazon.Amazon listing goes out of stock and i get order to the store and have to refund customer and have stripe charges. Support didn't help. I have 5 orders for above 200$ and had to refund

The example of code that must be added doesn't match my store. They say to reach out and they will install it, but it's been 5 days and no response. Meanwhile, I have a "7-day free trial" and haven't had a chance to use it before I'm to start paying. Uninstalled.

This is an unfair review from folks at gamegear.net. The app is very flexible and can be configured with all the 3 options: 1. Only 'Add to Cart' button 2. Only 'View on Amazon' button 3. Both 'Add to Cart' and 'View on Amazon' buttons. It is also clearly mentioned in our documentation. We have emailed you with instructions on how to do it and are awaiting a reply. Also, our team can configure it for you based on your requirements.

I tried import from Amazon. Their image quality is terrible!! They cant give support for AMAZON IMPORT " button after I deleted the APP, I contacted the support, but they didn't help me out.

Our support team replied within 15 minutes to your email. We provided you a couple of options to remove the 'View on Amazon' button. Shopify should be ashamed of itself for allowing this app without a huge warning! It is against Amazon policy to use the Amazon Affiliates program to list items on an ecommerce website. It is intended to be used on non ecommerce sites to place advertisements to the products on Amazon and using the program otherwise will get your terminated from Amazon and good luck getting back on!

It was great until Amazon shut it down We noticed that you are not using tags associated with your store ID in any of the Amazon Special Links you have created on your websites. In addition to this, you do not have valid Amazon Special Links in any of your sites and thereby, we are unable to determine the source of traffic. As a result of this decision, we are unable to approve your application and have closed the account under which you had been temporarily approved.
