The app is extremely responsive and works just as described. I wanted the "DAYS" section removed from my banner and was able to reach out to their help desk and receive help within minutes from laxmi. They were also able to troubleshoot a display issue on the product page specifically that didn't show on the other pages. Great app, great people!

No Customer Support! App Does Not Work! I've been using this app for years and it's been great, but there must have been a software update somewhere, because the app now no longer works, and the customer support is non existing. It shouldn't take a 1 star review to get someone's attention, will update if they reply.

This app is exactly what we were looking for to announce promotions and news to our customers, and to schedule those announcements instead of adding and removing manually. The few issues we had (regarding font and bar placement) were quickly and perfectly by the support team.

Easy to use with rich functionality. Have had it for 4 years and it never fails to do the job. I recently had to reach out to their support team with an issue and I was amazed that they patched it up in literally a matter of minutes. I couldn't believe it. Excellent job, guys.
