WebRex is a great free option for a basic Shopify announcement bar. Also, their support team is very helpful.

It's very good APP. Easy to set up and support team is very quick to help to solve the issues. We can do the multi-announcements and countdown bars. Very helpful.

Great App ! Does what it says. it has both Basic and Advanced settings even for country based announcements! Good aesthetic look. Plus its Free. Highly recommended !!!
