Setup was straightforward, the bot learned our 1500+ product range quickly, and handling support, sales, and product enquiries has been seamless. Ben provided outstanding one-on-one support during setup. He met with me weekly, walked me through everything, and always had helpful tips to improve results. You can tell he genuinely cares about the success of each business using the platform. Any early teething problems were sorted out quickly and without fuss. The team even alerts me to knowledge gaps I hadn’t noticed, which is incredibly helpful. AnswerAI has significantly elevated our customer's experience and the efficiency in answering queries. The layout is super clear and it is very easy to train the chatbot to assist all the relevant customer questions. During our peak periods (promotions/sales) the AnwserAI is able to be trained on this is in bulk and take a significant amount of work load off our customer support team. It has played a pivotal role in enhancing the shopping experience giving customers the relevant knowledge on their favourite products. It has been easily integrated with our emailing platform allowing support requests to come to us directly so we don't miss any customers or queries. Ben has been extremely helpful is assisting with any training or issues that we may of faced which has made the integration of AI so much easier. We would really recommend using this for your store as it has definitely made our whole customer experience so much smoother. After trying out 9 different AI chatbots, we can safely say that Answer AI is possibly the most customer-centric company we have come across. While our product line and volume (>300K SKUs of Industrial Parts) required a lot of non-standard work on their part, Ben & Thomas kept us updated at every step of the way on the progress and put their best foot forward. As unfortunate as it is that there were bottlenecks as their current offering is designed with a focus on Fashion & Apparel Stores, we have no doubt that the way they approach each client's needs is going to propel them to be THE AI CHATBOT plugin everyone's going to be after. They took it a step further and arranged for the refund of the subscriptions for the months we were on their paid plan as a goodwill gesture. This last bit has left us feeling deep respect for the company, as this is not something we see often. Ben, Thomas - Thank you for everything!

A great app. You can review the chats with customers and see which the AI has been able to answer and where it needs more information. You can then customise it and build up more specific responses and build the knowledge base of the AI. Amazing support and a great company to work with.

What can i say apart from this is an exceptional app and second to none when it comes to AI chat support for your business. Brilliant app! We are a small team so to free up time by having Answer AI installed has been invaluable to us. The support has been incredible - from the onboarding and hand holding from the start, speaking regularly on video calls to constantly improve the answers provided, we've never had this much support on tap from any other app. Highly recommend.

This is by far the best AI Chat Bot on the Shopify app store. I have tried pretty much all of them and they are glitchy and do not understand the nuances of a conversation so fail to provide a high level of support. Answer AI I can 100% vouch for as being a far superior and more intelligent app. It has been a game changer for our customer service, It understands everything a customer can ask and provides instant answers cutting down our support needs by circa 70%. The team is brilliant and went above and beyond to onboard and customize the set up to our needs. in 2024 every business needs and can benefit from this app, it is a no brainer and the best of its kind in the market place.

We had reservations before using Answer AI Or any chat app due to the negative experiences we have had as consumers on other sites. I’m so happy we ignored ourselves as this app really is very good and far superior to any app I’ve used on any other website. My advice is stop looking and just add it to your site, it will reduce your emails received and be genuinely helpful to your customers.

I cannot say enough good things about this app and the CEO, Thomas Hill. Our company went viral this year. We’ve had a 400% increase in sales and we’re still growing. Our “team” consists of the owner and myself. We were going crazy trying to manage the massive influx of customer service requests. We were working late into the night. Since we’ve added Answer AI, it’s cut our work down 90%. Their app integrates with our ReCharge subscription app. So customers can easily manage their accounts. It’s been the biggest blessing. You NEED this app!!!
