Outstanding support + powerful cart upsells (and it’s free!) We’re using AOV Cart Drawer on our Shopify store and it’s been a great experience so far. The app itself is flexible, clean, and gives you real control over upsells, rewards bars, and AOV optimization without forcing you into a paid plan. What really stood out, though, was the support. Annie from the AOV team was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful while walking us through setup, best practices, and reward bar logic. She stayed with us step-by-step, answered strategic questions (not just technical ones), and made sure everything was working correctly before we turned it on. If you’re looking to increase AOV with upsells, rewards, and a cart drawer that actually converts — and you care about responsive, human support — this app is a no-brainer. Highly recommended.

At first it seems kind of silly that you have to contact support to enable some features. But the support is by far the best I had ever had with any Shopify app. Now I'm excited to see the impact on my AOV
