Bad app. Charges you for your generated orders, but does not provide any. 25$ wasted. I did 2k orders but PPUS gave me 0 and you still charged me. shame

We do display the app pricing on the onboarding screen, but it’s possible that this information was missed. To support merchants in testing the app before committing to the charge, we also offer a full refund within the first 30 days of use. I noticed you haven’t reached out to us about this before. Please allow me to clarify how our pricing works: - Our app charges on a 30-day billing cycle. - If your store reaches more than 100 orders during that cycle, the charge will be based on the applicable pricing tier. - If your store does not reach 100 orders, the app remains free to use. I completely understand how this might feel unclear when you are still testing the app. To ease this, we have a refund policy in place: if you decide to uninstall within the first 30 days because the app doesn’t meet your expectations, you are eligible for a refund.
