He verified my store, enabled the feature right away, and explained clearly how it works, including the pros, limitations, and what happens after the free year ends. Exactly what we were looking for to optimize not only our shop images but also images used for styling, blog posts, etc. Now our design team can upload raw files without any problems, and we can optimize everything automatically or manually according to our desired settings, including ALT texts for SEO and screen readers. Very cool. Kudos to Penelope for the quick support and great communication!

Just started using this app in my store. so far so good. Pamela was a huge help so the customer service part is fantastic. I just hope it helps my store.

Pamela was great and sorted full site image compression and ALT text for all images. Simple and saves hours to days of manual work. Highly recommend.
