Brian from App Plaza was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. The app is useful for image compression and ALT text optimization, which can support SEO and improve loading speed. However, I did notice that the app adds code directly into the theme (e.g., theme.liquid), so it’s important for users to be aware of this and monitor any changes, especially for performance and cleanup after uninstall. Overall, a good app with helpful support, but I recommend keeping an eye on theme modifications.

Great app. Optimizes all the images rapidly and automatically and will continue doing that for a year after you first sign up. Support is there to help you right away when you install it. Very easy setup. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Fantastic. So far only tried the free plan and extremely happy fully recommend this app to help with your product descriptions and optimise all images. So So Easy to set up and Amazing personal HUMAN support which is fantastic particularly on a weekend I love this APP and fully recomend as the automation process is just the press of a button no fancy set up rules

Tobias was super helpful in setting everything up effortlessly for us. We have an insane number of images which puts us over Shopify's media limit (that feels like a new limit btw). AppPlaza and Tobias to the rescue! Don't hesitate - this was one of the easiest, most effective apps we've utilized on Shopify.
