I'm using App Plaza on multiple website this is one of the best apps to optimize and add image alt texts. Their customer support team is so coopeative and they give quick responses and resolve issues quickly. Especially, Penelope is the most supportive and cooperative CS agent; she guides me very well.

If I could, i wouldve put more than five stars. Not only did this app optimize Every. Single. Image, not only did it make my website much faster, not only was all this FREE without cost for an ENTIRE YEAR but also the staff and workers there is the cherry on top! especially the Tiana Staff that helped me today. honestly she was fast with replies, with adding me to the free 1 year optimization but also was really generous. loved this app and like I said would give it more than 5 stars. amazing app and staff!
