Penelope was amazing. She helped me as soon as the app was installed and was lovely enough to offer some free options for our shopify store. Was easy to use and was fast and thorough. Highly recommend

Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Bild Komprimierung, da die app aufeinmal im Lade Prozess nicht mehr weiter lud und bei 6% hängen blieb. Nachdem ich den Support per internen App Chat angeschrieben habe, hatte sich sehr schnell auch der Christian gemeldet und hat mir dann innerhalb kürzester Zeit, die app zurückgesetzt und danach lief alles reibungslos. Ich konnte meine Bilder im Shop Komprimieren, ein echt toller Service, extrem schnell, freundlich und kompetent. Christian du bist top, 5 volle Sterne für dich Liebe Grüße
