Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Bild Komprimierung, da die app aufeinmal im Lade Prozess nicht mehr weiter lud und bei 6% hängen blieb. Nachdem ich den Support per internen App Chat angeschrieben habe, hatte sich sehr schnell auch der Christian gemeldet und hat mir dann innerhalb kürzester Zeit, die app zurückgesetzt und danach lief alles reibungslos.
