Apliiq ‑ Print On Demand

I've been with Apliiq for many years now, and they've come through for me every time for my brand. They are very supportive of new-brand owners or anyone looking to elevate their brand through custom labels, various print styles or whatever your vision is. Yes, there are other PODs, but Apliiq is different in what they do. Peter, David, Kim, alongside the rest team are always ready to help and reassure. Highly recommended.

I have been using Apliiq for just over 6 months now. I’m extremely impressed with their customer service and UI. As a newbie to the industry, the learning curve to get everything set up and functional on my shop was minimal. Anytime I had an issue or inquiry, there was always someone available that I could reach out to for assistance. I plan to continue to utilize the platform indefinitely as my brand grows.

Overall, we’ve had a good experience with Apliiq. There embroidery is amazing. When the products are in stock, the quality and service have been great. We recently had a few items that weren’t made correctly, but David went above and beyond to help us get everything taken care of. He was friendly, professional, and made the process easy. The only challenge we’ve experienced has been occasional inventory shortages, but whenever we’ve needed assistance, the customer service team has been responsive and willing to help. We appreciate David’s support and look forward to continuing to work with Apliiq as our brand grows.

The customer service is great but their designers not so much I was told my design was too complicated to do or did'nt meet their standards which is odd because I've had this same design printed on printful with no issue
