The team has been super helpful. Features are great, the product range is wide, and the support really sets them apart. The CS team is awesome. Big shout-out to Pete Lamb and others for the help when things get tricky.

We've had a great experience with Apliiq. What stands out the most is that there is always a real human behind the support, which is so rare nowadays. Pete has always been incredibly responsive, helpful, and solution-oriented whenever we've needed support. You can even pick up the phone and call him :) and for me, that level of service and accessibility makes a huge difference. Running a brand comes with a lot of moving pieces, and having a partner who genuinely cares and responds quickly gives real peace of mind. Highly recommend for merchants looking not only for quality production, but also great human support.

Apliiq has been great to work with so far as I am preparing to launch. They are responsive to all my inquiries and are happy to provide plenty of information when I am trying to figure something out. They always make things right for the customer and take feedback seriously/listen to what you say. All I can say is...ask for KIM! I've been an Apliiq partner/user now for several years and have appreciated their branding options specifically. Whenever I've had any problems arise during the design, or sample ordering process KIM has ALWAYS been the best in customer service. She is thorough and truly problem solves from putting herself in your shoes. She's the greatest!
