Apliiq ‑ Print On Demand

The Good: 1. Customer service is responsive. 2. Quality products. 3. Quality production and printing. 4. Syncs nicely with Shopify. Needs work: 1. Limited capabilities in embroidery and embroidery sizes for hats/caps. 2. Doesn't disclose available product quantities; therefore, if you run a POD shop, you will be designing or offering a product that shows as available in Apliiq's catalogue, only to be notified that it's sold out when your customer orders it and there isn't an equivalent replacement product. This causes customers to cancel your sale. 3. Website and product customizer aren't as user-friendly. Everything is tucked away under something else. The customizer doesn't let you design freely. If you have a specific design you're looking to create, you can only upload a file and describe it in a text box - hoping that they'll understand what you're trying to accomplish. It's 2026 - it can't be that hard to develop a system for customers to freely design and place their artwork. Also, there are no capabilities to upload a mockup or reference image to show what you're looking to create. You'll have to email customer service and hope they understand.

The customer service is great but their designers not so much I was told my design was too complicated to do or did'nt meet their standards which is odd because I've had this same design printed on printful with no issue

Amazing execution and customer service but they need to figure out a Canadian pricing scheme so a T-Shirt doesn’t cost 65.00 Canadian to the door.

Quite possibly the slowest company at responding to "on-demand" print. We're looking for alternative printers now -- we've been with them since 2020.. and it's gotten worse since they opened up more locations. Some clients have received literally dirty clothing from their warehouses. It's too unpredictable and white literally a waste of smalll business owners' times.

This rating would be higher if it weren't for 2 things, the pricing and shipping speed. Couple things I really like with this company but what ticks me of the most is customers not getting their items on time. Granted I know more than 1 people getting items made but man why give an estimated date for garments to be shouted out and delivered but in turn never honor the posted arrival time to customer. Which in turn makes shopify stores look bad when it comes to delivery time, time is money at the end of the day. There is no way 2 separate orders of the same garment should take longer than each other when the other takes less time to be shipped and delivered. Without any form of update on what the possible hold up could be as well. I should have to reach out on multiple occasions asking what the hold up is, I should already have received an email letting me know what the guild up is so I can inform my customers on what's going on. They will take my business for a joke of items aren't honored by the delivery date and eventually losing that customer. So that being said stop dragging yall feet when printing customers items, keep us informed with emails etc...

They have many items and look very good. I emailed them twice and haven't gotten a response, which is making me semi-skeptical about moving forward with them. 3 stars for their incredible customization and options (would be ten if they had better customer service.)
